My Vintage Purse goes to Breakfast

This is a vintage purse collectors dream . This is a Whiting and Davis white mesh purse. There is a slight crack in the top frame of the purse. I show it in the pictures. It is other wise in very good condition it measures 4 inches in height and 6 inches in width. The first Whiting & Davis mesh handbag was handcrafted by Mr. Whiting in 1892. The small gold and sterling silver purses which the company produced were completely handcrafted until 1912.

It was an early morning in may when Sophia ( Whiting and Davis purse ) woke up to go on an adventure she was going to breakfast. She hadn't been out since the 1950's how would the world look now. Here other purse mother wore white gloves and hat to take her out. Her companion today was wearing jeans and sneakers out . She gasped to think that the women taking her out may not have set her hair and done her makeup. Thats okay for cleaning the house or gardening but to go out for breakfast. Sophia ( purse) notice that her  purse mom was putting a phone in her pouch. She was shocked to know that a phone could be carried. What other surprises would be in store ?
